An exciting, fast paced role which is responsible for the daily running of accounts payable and receivable for the Online business.  This role will see you involved in  vendor and debtors statement management  and queries, you will also be the master-data manager for accounts receivable, generate BAS reports and assist with cash flow management.
 
Dealing with both external and internal stakeholders you will develop and maintaining strong relationships to support the company business objectives.
 
Duties will include:-

  • Entry of vendor invoices matching where applicable to purchase order
  • Entry of staff expenses (manual and through concur)
  • Update of FBT expense spreadsheet and entry into system in-line with legislation
  • Intercompany AP invoice entry and spreadsheet management for ICS monthly return
  • Make weekly payment runs each Friday to vendors for due invoices
  • Manage spreadsheet for cash flow prediction
  • Update NetSuite for the payments made and received
  • Review vendor statements for missing invoices
  • Reconcile to cost centres and enter phone bill accounts.
  • PO and asset creation for fixed assets.
  • Assist Finance Department with administrative duties

 
The ideal candidate will have:-

This role is based on the Northern Beaches with two days in the City from time to time, the team is helpful and friendly.  There is undercover parking on site and our client also provides tea, coffee and lunches.

  • Working collaboratively with the MD and other internal stakeholders to ensure the vision, business plan and policies are aligned

The successful candidate will have:-

  • Extensive project management experience
  • Proven leadership skills including delegation and influencing
  • Extensive experience in customer service provision
  • Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Ability to learn and use other industry related software
  • Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering designs and drawings

The role of CNC Programmer is essential to ensuring that commitments to customers are met and client satisfaction is achieved. This is an all encompassing role and you will be required to programme, set up and operate the Multicam CNC machine.  

Responsibilities

  • Load correct electronic files for the cutting process
  • Programme CNC machine in Enroute
  • Setup equipment for cutting including installing and adjusting jaw chucks, tools, etc
  • Establish optimum cutting lay-up to minimise waste and ensure correct stopping locations are identified
  • Ensure test cut delivers appropriate results before commencing full production run
  • Achieve volume targets on a daily basis, or inform manager / supervisor of any potential issues
  • Operate within a clean and tidy workspace 
  • Ensure all jobs are completed in line with specifications and deadlines 
  • Take immediate action to resolve any safety hazards or notify WH&S officer if unable to be resolved

 
To be successful in this role you will need to show us that you can read and follow complex written instructions, create electronic files and demonstrate your experience in operating and understanding CNC cutting machines including management of required supplies and maintenance. We will be looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, solid planning and organising skills with attention to detail, good people skills and excellent customer service.
