In 2015, our Managing Director Julie Lawther and a business partner set out to create a versatile and highly responsive recruitment agency on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. With more than 25 years’ experience in the recruitment space, they soon established a reputation for providing a professional, personalised level of service. Optimal Recruitment now comprises four senior recruiters and marketers, all based on the Northern Beaches and who possess deep insight into the needs of local businesses.
Due to our rapid growth, we moved to larger, freshly refurbished offices in Brookvale in April 2018, where we are always happy to welcome clients and candidates.
We work closely with clients and candidates to deliver a GOLD standard of recruitment and customer care in order to be the agency of choice on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Our GOLD standard informs everything we do. We believe that it is only by getting to know each individual client and candidate – we insist on meeting face to face – that we can truly deliver excellence.
