Optimal have been essential in my resourcing strategy. Their ability to deal with diverse requirements from a 1 day admin temp to a Senior Manager makes them very easy to deal with. Optimal listen, take note of your culture and try and find a good fit. If they don’t get it quite right the first time they will make sure they take the feedback and send suitable candidates. A part of our strategy is recruiting skilled staff on the Northern beaches, Optimal are able to quickly identify candidates through their great network being able to offer skilled local candidates.
